Orionis Prime Private Limited (“we,” “our,” and “us”) is responsible for elitemenscloset and focuses on offering our users (“you” and “your”) an easy return and refund process. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by damaged or defective items. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving an item if you wish to return or exchange it. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a return or exchange. Items that are damaged or worn cannot be returned. You must keep all labels, packaging, and invoices in order to make a successful return. There may be instances when a return is not possible if there are certain items missing. If you receive an item that is not in original condition or has missing parts, please contact our support team within 48 hours.   

Process of Return   

If you would like to initiate a return, we will be glad to assist you by contacting our customer support team. In addition to providing you with specific instructions, our team will guide you throughout the entire process. It usually takes 5-7 business days for refunds or exchanges to be processed after we receive the returned item.    

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items  

Perishable items, such as flowers, plants, and personal items, cannot be returned. During the purchase process, you will be informed of any specific exceptions to each of these categories.     

Method of Refund     

The original payment method will be used in order to process the refund. After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
